Baffle Plates
Baffle plates are used to help further agitate a solution. Typically, baffles are installed in sets of 3 or 4, and they project 1/12 the size of the tank diameter being used. Our baffle plates are constructed of high grade HDLPE, and are custom fit to each tank molding. Baffles are designed to work in either direction to accommodate any mixing application. The current version of our standard baffle plates is a sealed type of design that is sometimes referred to as "sanitary" in the food industry.
