Insulated Tanks
Some storage applications may require altering or maintaining temperature. Using our factory heating and insulation services you can obtain a complete product that is ready to use when it arrives on site. Protectoplas offers a wide variety of panel and immersion heaters that can be configured to meet your power requirements. Panel heaters are used to offset heat loss and maintain a set temperature while immersion heaters are typically used to elevate temperatures.
To keep your heat contained, we offer a polyurethane foam coated with a protective high solids latex coating. Large manways can be insulated to further control heat loss, and all fittings are conveniently dammed to provide easy access for piping. Heater control units for panel style heaters are located in an orientation of your choice. They provide clear and easy motoring of activity, while providing the ruggedness of a NEMA 4x enclosure.
